I have worked within the construction industry for over 22 years.

My experience ranges from working on site - erecting timber framed buildings to domestic houses and later to working within a builders merchants.

                                           
I have a well rounded knowledge of most construction works from single storey extensions to commercial layout plans.                                         
I work with clients to deliver a timely and cost effective solution to meet their needs and budget. 

For the past 13 years, I have worked for Travis Perkins which is a 'leading supplier of building materials & equipment' to help deliver their network plan of larger sites across the UK engaging with key stakeholders to ensure their shops, warehouses and yard areas meet safety standards, building regulations and any planning constraints whilst also staying in line with the operational requirements.

I have worked within and also managed a team of 5 planners to undertake jobs from staff facility refurbishments up to large refit and redevelopment projects of up to 3 acres including new stores.

I have a proven track record within this sector and proud to have been part of a number of successful projects across the Midlands and South East including some of the businesses Flagship Branches.
